One-off appointments, membership or ongoing care…
You are welcome to book a private GP appointment with us for a one-off concern, even if you are not a member.
However, we believe private GP care is most valuable when we know you well. Membership allows us to build a fuller understanding of your health, medical history, current treatments, risk factors and personal preferences. This helps us provide more informed advice, recognise changes over time and offer care that is more consistent and personalised.
General membership includes a comprehensive annual health check, registered patient status and 20% off standard GP clinic appointments throughout the year. The health check includes appropriate baseline blood tests taken as part of that annual review. Any further blood tests needed at other times would be discussed and charged separately.
The annual review provides an opportunity to consider areas such as blood pressure, cholesterol, family history, lifestyle and other relevant health risks, while also creating a useful baseline for future care. Our aim is not only to support a longer life, but also a better health span — helping you maintain the best possible health, function, independence and quality of life for your individual circumstances. This includes supporting people who are already living with disability, long-term conditions or complex health needs.
For patients who may need more regular support, our subscription model provides additional continuity. Many health problems are not resolved in a single appointment. Conditions such as high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, diabetes, menopause symptoms, medication reviews and ongoing unexplained symptoms often require follow-up, repeat measurements, blood tests and adjustments to treatment over time.
The adult subscription includes all general membership benefits, up to 10 clinic appointments each year, and email and telephone follow-up where clinically appropriate. Wherever possible, this ongoing care will be provided by your preferred GP. This allows us to review progress, discuss results, make treatment changes where needed and provide more joined-up care over time.
You do not need to become a member before seeing us, and there is no obligation to join after a one-off appointment.
